We meet you in arrivals with an iPad showing your name. Brighton is £95, usually around 45 minutes.
We track your flight, wait inside arrivals with your name on an iPad, and help with your bags. The first 60 minutes of waiting are free. Here is how it works, step by step.
How It Works
- The evening before. We send your vehicle details, your chauffeur’s name and their contact number.
- While you are in the air. We track your flight and move the pickup if you land early or late, so you can sit back and relax, knowing your chauffeur will be there when you land.
- In arrivals. Once you are through passport control and baggage reclaim, your chauffeur is waiting in the arrivals hall, holding an iPad with your name on it.
- To the car. Your chauffeur takes your luggage and walks you to the car.
- Home. Brighton is usually around 45 minutes, longer in heavy traffic.
Flying out instead? We collect you from home and take you straight to the terminal drop-off area.
If Your Flight Is Late
There is nothing you need to do. We see the delay and move the pickup.
Passport queues and the baggage belt are usually the slow part of landing, which is why every Gatwick collection includes 60 minutes of free waiting. After that, waiting is £50 an hour, charged at £12.50 for every 15 minutes.
If you cannot see your chauffeur, call the number we sent you the evening before.
North or South Terminal
The service and the price are the same at both. Your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall of whichever terminal you land at.
Changing terminals first? The free shuttle between North and South takes two to three minutes. Our guide explains how to get between Gatwick North and South.
What It Costs
- £95 one way in an executive car, for up to 4 passengers.
- £145 one way in the Mercedes V-Class, for up to 7 passengers and 6 large cases.
- Returns from Gatwick add £15.
- Between midnight and 6am there is an overnight surcharge, always included in the price we quote you.
The price is per car and covers Brighton, Hove and the surrounding area. From further afield, request a quote and we will confirm your exact price. Full details are on our Gatwick transfers page.
We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, and cash. Every car carries a card machine, and business accounts can be invoiced.
