General T&C’s

  • Executive Cars of Sussex reserves the right to modify terms and conditions, with changes effective upon publication on the website.
  • If, by any chance, you find our services unsatisfactory, kindly reach out to us via email or provide written notification. We treat all complaints with the utmost seriousness, and our objective is to address and resolve any issues in a fair and amicable manner.
  • Passengers are responsible for their luggage, and refusal of excess luggage may occur if it poses safety concerns.
  • Our vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third-party claims. However, customers are responsible for their own properties, and we disclaim liability for any damage to such belongings.
  • Nothing mentioned in these terms and conditions affect the customer’s statutory rights.

Cancellations, Payment and Refund Policy

  • Failure to meet at the pickup address within the 15minute grace period will be considered a “no show”, and charged at full rate.
  • 100% charged for cancellations less than 12 hours before booking applies.
  • We retain the right to deny entry to our vehicles to individuals suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or whose conduct jeopardizes the safety of the driver, the vehicle, or other passengers on board. Additionally, we reserve the right to conclude any journey in response to unruly or inappropriate behaviour by any passenger.
  • All prices quoted are in great British pound (GBP)
  • Tolls and congestion zones are not included in any prices given unless stated included within price given.
  • Should there be any alterations or additional charges, such as extra mileage beyond the agreed terms, the customer will be subject to corresponding fees.
  • The quoted price for airport pickups includes 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time. Any additional waiting time will be charged at a rate of £40 per hour, with charges applied every 15 minutes.
  • If unforeseen circumstances, such as force majeure, strikes, riots, terrorist attacks, or adverse road or weather conditions, that make the journey unsafe or impractical, the company reserves the right to cancel the contract. In such cases, the company will refund all money paid without assuming further liability.

Vehicles, Drivers & Subcontractors

  • At any time, if necessary, we reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur.
  • We enforce a stringent no-smoking policy within all our vehicles.
  • We do not permit dogs in any of our vehicles. However, we welcome guide dogs in compliance with the disability provisions outlined in the Equality Act 2010.
    Advanced notice is appreciated in such cases.
  • Our drivers adhere to safe and prudent speeds in accordance with prevailing road conditions, traffic, and legal speed limits.
  • Customers are accountable for any interior or exterior damage caused to the vehicle during the hire period. Charges for necessary repairs and valeting will be billed accordingly.
  • Our chauffeurs will follow the most efficient route on the day, unless the customer provides specific instructions at the time of booking.
  • Occasionally, subcontracted vehicles and drivers may be supplied.
